Bleach accident!

Help !!!
I used a bleach and peroxide 40volbleaching kit to turn my hair from dark brown to blonde.
One night of application didnt work so i did the same thing the next night, now my hair is as brittle as spagetti and looks the same too..
Its not falling out at the roots which is good but its breaking so easily that i might end up with boy cut length hair !
I lathered my hair in condition just after i washed off the bleach as i knew something was wrong, and am drying my hair with cold air as we speak.
What now?!?!
