Bleach blonde hair won't keep darker dye

I had bleach blonde hair for years but want a change had a red brown put in and looked amazing but washed out to a dirty pink brown in 3 days so had dye redone also looked amazing bout after 2 weeks the roots look good but the colour is an browny orange going down to the roots how can I get it back to one colour without my hair falling out and keep the dye in my hair

You can go to Sally's Beauty Supply and purchase a filler to put on your hair before you put the color on again. Instructions are on the container. Just ask the clerk for a filler. Good luck!

S9unds like your hair needs the filler as suggested but you also need the porosity corrected because that is why you keep loosing your color molecules if indeed you are using permanent color. ALWAYS wash and especially rinse in as cool of water as you can tolerate.......I know this is up for debate but I am a red head and I loose very little color with cold water and professional shampoo for color treated hair. Your porosity has to be corrected before you can retain and color.
