bad bleach job

it sounds like you completely fried your hair so the best advice to you is leave it alone and do some very deep conditioning until your hair gets well again and it might take some time so be patient. unless they know what they are doing don't let anyone do your hair at home spend the money and go to the salon.

you should not do anything else to your hair!! it already broke off with what you did! and you want to do MORE?! you need a protein based conditioner! that is different than a moisturizer. you dont mention what color your hair is. you should be able to do something to get a normal color with maybe a color conditioner. thats after the protein pak. you should not use color with a regular developer, ALL YOUR HAIR WILL BREAK OFF!!! toners will work but as porous as youre hair is, i would use a color shampoo and conditioner. at this point, why go dark? you wanted it blonde.

yes ive done that before..spoilt my hair..the best thing to do is just have a hair cut and condition it with some deep conditioner like henna wax thats good ..but dont mess with colours yet..and use those colour shampoos and conditioners that get rid of brassy tones..then it will start lookin a nice blonde..thats a fact

Its Damage Control Time

First seek out a professional, ask friends and family for referrals. Start with deep conditioning treatments and a good haircut to prevent further breakage. To correct color seek out a salon using non-ammonia based color such as CHI...follow through with professional products and future care.
