Bleach disaster

Post-bleach

Post-bleach

My hair was colored a pinkish-red with black chunks about 1 month ago (natural hair color is medium brown). Hated it and wanted to go blonde. Went to beauty supply store and was given "Blonde Brilliance" lightening pwder and liquid and a "high-lift ash blonde" color w/30 developer and was told the bleach would remove all of the color and then I was to color with the ash blonde. The lady said to leave the bleach on until my hair color was a pale banana color. Well, I left the bleach on for 2 hours and my roots are almost white and the hair that was colored is a bright orange color. I did a test strip with the ash blonde and it did absolutely nothing to the orange hair. I am wondering if I should get more bleach and apply a second application to the orange areas? I am desperate and don't know what to do. I have a couple of small blisters towards the front already and I don't want to make it any worse. Heeeeeelp!!!!!!!

Looking at your picture you just need to buy a lightner called welite creme bleach. It has activators in it and you probably should add 2.Put additivators in your bowl add corect amout of 30 vol. peroxide.appy to all the orange hair.It should lighten to a very pale yellow, probably within 45 min..but ck peroidically for ThaT shade..The product usually will quit working in an hr. or so.Then the ash blonde should be great..It must not be too much yellow and abosolutly no orange.. Good luck
