Does your hair turn green after bleaching and swimming in a chloirine pool? or how long is it safe to swim in a chlorine pool after having your hair bleached.

It certainly can. Bleached hair is usually more porous and will grab onto the chlorine. One way to protect your hair, if you don't like the idea of wearing a cap, is to rinse your hair thoroughly with plain water BEFORE swimming. Your hair will absorb the water, making it less able to hold the chlorine. Hope this helps.

Chlorine can discolor bleached hair and create a rough texture. Excessive exposure to chlorine can lead to brittle hair and a telltale chlorinated "shine."
