red red go away
by: Anonymous

the reason u never got the red u wanted is because when u lightened it u went past the red in ur hair and took all of that natural warm pigment out...it is really hard to take out red the pigment will always be there but green is the opposite of red so if u find a color with a green or more cool base to it u will be able to get rid of it a little better

Try this
by: Maretha

Just ask someone to pre-pigmentate the bleached half. When you bleach your hair, you strip your hair from natural pigments. You need to put the pigments back into your hair, in order for other colours to stick. Hope this helps..
Good Luck

auburn with brown highlits
by: Anonymous

I am looking to dye my whole head aurn with brown highlights. My original hair color is darkest brown and have found it imppossible to get an even whole head color that makes my hair look different and it just has not happened. Do I have to bleach my whole head first then dye it? And won't this make my hair towards blond?

red color fading
by: Julsofthenile

Red fades the fastest. Go for a very, very dark red, and then, when it starts to fade, it will look more like you want it to for a longer period of time. Use products made for colored hair and try to not wash as often. Also, use some of the colored mousses out there to extend your color life.
