this is why there are trained professionals out there

u will have to apply a color w/red in it & watch carefully....u will have to test afew strands thru out 2 get a good result. this is why you should always go to a professional so things like this will not happen. all box colors sold retail are meant for virgin hair not hair that as already been processed.

toning
by: Michelle

It may be enough to use a red tinted shampoo and conditioner... depending on how strong the grey/green is. If not, a warm, slightly reddish semi-permanent (no-ammonia) color, used as a toner (usually left on less than half the processing time to get just a slight bit of deposit, enough to knock out the green/grey) should work. It's also widely reported that using tomato sauce or even ketchup will remove greenish tints from hair, so that may be worth a try in a pinch.

Hope this helps,

maybe a Hair Filler you can get at Sally's-they can help you. You may have to have hair dresser get it for you. Hair filler reddish color(see directions) then hair color on that--time to do it depending on hair condition, if dry I would wait till better condition and use fanciful colors or a toner (warm shade or reddish)
