Blue tint

by Julie

My hair was professionally colored a level 9 blonde with highlights about 7 weeks ago. It was too light for me and was too gold for me. I just colored my hair with Natural Instincts Brass Free Dark Blonde. It is a semi-permanent color. It pulled a slight blue/gray tint and made my hair look dull. Is there anything else that I can do to change that? Should I just wait for it to wash out eventually or should I try another color? Which one should I use to get a blonde that is not too light or too brassy? Should I just go to a professional at this point? I just needed to try to save some money and I was hoping to find something that worked at home. I would love some help with this. Thank you!

Ibelieve you show ave gone back to the person that did the first color. But at this point that is neither here nor there is it? But had you gone back the correction would have been eaiser and probably no extra charge...You already paid to get a color you were happy with..But since youve taken this step on you own,you should still go back and it will just be a color and not near as much money as was the first visit..To save a little $$$ just get the color, shampoo and leave with wet hair...That way you wont be charged for the style also..Good luck, and next time try to get your hair stylist to get the color you want before you leave the salon..Good luck to you..
