brassy bangs

My bangs where highlighted and not processed long enough... i want it Platinum blonde ; Do i just tone with a very light toner or bleach or color then tone. help

it depends on how light it already is.you CAN tone brassy to neutralize it to a normal color, however, if its non light enough to tone and be platinum is another thing. if you had this done by a professional, i would take it back to the pro to rememedy. dont attempt it yourself. to get to platinum and not know what you are doing could result in VERY DAMAGED HAIR.

brassy roots

Hi i used majiblonde to dye my roots. left it on for stated time,but the roots are brassy can i use a toner on them,or blue shampoo is supposed to be goood if so what colour would be bestfor toner.
