Brown, Boring Hair!

Hey My hair has nothing special in it, no fringe, an average length (below shoulders but not exactly 'long') and I need something fresh to do with it. I have slightly olive skin so I can't exactly go all blonde an I'm hesitant to dye it red. Would a blonde section just at the front of my hair suit? Please help!

if you dont mind lookin like peppi la peue or the bride of frankenstien go ahead and put blonde in front. I would reccommend you get highlights to soften the brown. Done by a professional they will be able to determine what accent color would suite you the most. Not a fan of the blonde in front and brown in back thing. looks to fake. and a tad cheap.
