Brown hair to blonde

Hi i have brown hair which i havent touched since december and want to go to the hair dressers to put thick ash blonde foils in. what is the chance of it going red or orange?

all dark hair will go through stages before it gets to blonde so don't worry to much. it will go from brown to red and orange then to yellow and light pale yellow to get the color you want be patient and afterward always do deep conditioning to put the moisture back in it. it may also take more than 1 treatment depending on how dark it is.
