My hair is naturally dirty blonde, but i have highlights in it right now, and i was wondering if i would suit brown hair, and if so what kind of shade? I have slightly tanned skin and green-blue eyes.

Yes Brown highlights is for you it would make it stand out with your eyes. I see your a beautiful woman so only slight changes are necessary. Nothing dramatic, just brown highlights would be a great accent your eyes. Or you can go with auburn highlights. Or for a dramatic change short straight perm black hair salon style will accentuate your lips and eyes.
