Burgundy highlights to red(purple)

How can I fix a professional foil job that was blonde and red, but the red turned out to be burgundy, and I hate it. I actually look like I've got zebra stripes of very blonde and burgundy/ purpleish color, I'm not happy.

Got back to the professional that did your highlights and ask them what happened and how it can be corrected. If you fear using them to correct the problem, still get them to respond to your questions. Then tell them they will need to pay for you to go somewhere else for the correction. I would suggest YOU not try to correct the problem yourself.
