can i put a dye on straight after pre lightening?

ive just pre lightened my dark, reddish hair but the roots are bright yellow and the rest ginger, can i out a semi permanant brown straight on it, ive washed it & conditioned it about 5 times so am i ok to put the dye on now as its horrendous.

When that happened to me, I didn't use brown, because I read here that you need to put reddish tones back in first, so I used Revlon Meduim Ash Blonde, and left it on for 1 hour, you can put it on all your hair...it did the trick, thank God!! For best results, cover your head with a plastic bag, so the peroxide in the dye can work better.
