clairol shimmer lights shampoo turned hair sort of a dull almost gray colour

ok so i have recently bleached my hair to a very pale yellow/white colour and then used a very light blonde dye with highlighting kit to cover it.

the colour looked exactly what i wanted when i first did it, but after using clairol shimmer lights shampoo once i feel that my hair has gone an almost greyish colour and seems a bit duller than it was is there any way i can revers what this shampoo has done?

Purple Shampoo

Use a a purifying shampoo or even pert plus will work because it will strip the purple tones from the hair. When your hair is so blonde it is going to grab at the purple in the shampoo. It is a great product to use once a week.
