color correction

I have a story that I am sure many people have; I bleached my hair on a whim. Then tried to darken it back to its medium ash blonde color, when I did this my hair soaked up the base completely and my hair was violet/grey. I was tempted to leave it for a few days but was too afraid of what my students would think, so I gave it a bleach bath and washed the violet out. However; I really would like to darken it up some, it is a tad too light for my taste. Is there any way to do that at this point, or is my hair entirely too porous?

Why don't you use a shades EQ from Redkin it will fill the pours parts and tone down the blonde.

Get some red back in there

I did a similar thing to my hair. The solution was to use a shades 9G with three caps of 09Aa and a tad of 7G. The color came out beautiful. First you could pick out and foil the ashy ashy spots with just 09Aa shades. Don't worry if it looks a little red for a few washings. That will wash out.
