Color Fix or Color Oops?

Current Hair Color
I've had my hair bleached and it is currently a blonde tone. I want to color it the lightest platinum blonde (so it will resemble silver gray). Would it be safe to use a product like Color Fix or Color Oops to take the current color off and then add the lighter color? Which do you think is the better product after having hair bleached; the Color Oops? Or the Color Fix. The Color Oops doesn't list bleach or peroxide in it's ingredients; but the Color Fix lists Hydrogen Peroxide in the thir step. Also, is it safe to use on roots that have grown out or will it totally damage the new growth? Should it be brushed on only where there is color? Also, after I've removed the color, what would be the best to put the knew color on? Would you use just toner after using that product? Or would you use a box and mix both bottles from the hair color box? Thank you.
