Damaged, Curly Hair

I want to bleach my hair, but it is really damaged, I flat iron it ALL the time.. I've dyed it a few times this year. I recently highlighted my whole head (added highlights to allllll my hair..) because I heard that if I bleached my hair, my hair would fall out in clumps. So, I didn't bleach it. But I wanted to be sure if that was correct.
I want to be sandy blonde, light brown highlights, but I am currently dark brown. I used to have black hair, but then I highlighted it (as I said before) and it turned into a dark brown. I am not sure what I should do with my hair.... Go to sandy blonde from there OR bleach it... OR highlight it again?
What should I do?
I have damaged hair so I don't know what I SHOULD do.

if your hair is damaged why do you want to do anything to it until it is healthy again. do some deep conditioning daily along with hot oil treatments for about 2 weeks or longer then if you decided to do highlights or bleach it might be able to with stand the process. if you do something to it now you run the risk of it breaking and falling out please wait.
