dry brittle hair

how can you keep your hair from being so brittle and dry. i have had my hair bleached before and then i have got it coloured to a dark color. it looks like its always dead, is there any way of me getting it back to a good healthy state ?

my hair is exactly the same my hair use to b so nice till i wanted 2 go blonde BIG MISTAKE the hairdresser bleached my hair twice to take away the dark ma endsr so frazled iv now dyed my hair bk dark n its not looked right since i use 3 diff conditioners 2 geta shine on my hair :(

Have you tried Biosilk from Farouk? It's a leave in product you use after washing and conditioning it. It will probably not be like it was before you colored, but it does help an awful lot with making it soft, silky and shiny.
