My hair is dull, dead, dry with hair falling when i comb it.

This sounds like brittle hair, which could be caused by a number of factors. It's difficult to say without a bit more detail on what sort of chemical processes (i.e., hair color, perming, straighteners), or styling processes your hair has endured.

If the damage is not due to the use of chemicals or heat styling, see a doctor or nutritionist and look for a nutritional cause.

In any case, you'd benefit from a deep conditioning/hair reconstructing treatment.
