I've been there!

I know what you are going thru and the only thing that I can suggest is what my hair stylist has done for me. I bleached my hair and kept up with it for a few months and realized that I needed to go more natural. I tried to dye it and the color just washed out in no time. I experienced my hair falling out(mostly from bleaching and up-keep) and still kept trying to dye it thinking eventually it would take(it didn't happen).I ended up with every kind of blond to dark brown color you can think of in my hair due to the colors inconsistantly washing out. All I was left with was a mess! My hair was really long(almost to my butt) and I finally went to my hairdresser. She made me realize that I needed to cut my hair and let it all grow back out. It was the best thing I could have ever done! She gave me a cute shorter haircut that I kept up with until now, IT'S ALL FINALLY GONE! She was right about my never needing to do that to my hair again-and I won't after all that I have been thru! So, my suggestion is to see your hairsylist and make a plan on how to get the same started for you! I haven't dyed my hair yet and I may not ever again(well, that may be a lie-never bleached blond again!) I hope I helped you out just a little!:)

going darker than ur own natural hair coloring is fine it add volume..but too bleach and hightlight is alot og maintenance...if ur doing this i would suggest cat hair protien by redkin...and wait longer in between...there r also other things like mixing ur own stuff from home like useing condensed milk and eggs to ur hair it works

use a protein conditioner first. if you want to even out color or play with tones, use only semipermant color so that you dont cook your hair anymore!
