I hope you are talking about the under layer of your hair being darker..If so pull your hair up and part it off across the back fromthe middle to upper part of one ear to the other and let it fall down while pinning up the rest of your hair out of the way...Then mix a Med.brown color shade or darker according to directions and apply to the back hair that is sectioned off and comb thru leave this on hair about 20 min. and shampoo out. Be carefull at first to try and get the co;or off before shampooing you entire head as not to get a mess with the dark color and you lt brn hair...Hope this works for you.It wouldnt be a very expiencive thing if you had it done profesionally..If you dont want to take the chance..Once trhe dark hair is there it is a much more difficult thing to remove..Just understand that before you decide.Okay?
