Fade or brassy

I have naturally strawberry blonde hair, which is too warm for my complexion,if I have it professionally dyed blonde it goes very brassy despite using processional toners(left in overnight for max effect) and only lasts a week and purple shampoo. if I have it professionally dyed darker the colour washes out after a week and it goes warm again, what can i do. What if I put a purple hair dye in my shampoo??
