Looks like your hair is fine and thin. Maybe a bob that is blunt cut, chin length with soft bangs. The color is perfect now for your skin color. Maybe highlights, but nothing severe. Something softly lighter by a shade or two.

you are pretty.. I think something with a red in it.. not drastic!!Auburn? a pretty dark brown? But In my opinion.. your color now, is way too dark for your skin color.. sorry, but you look washed out..(picture). Try a Razor cut with the new styles now.. look at Heather McCartney(good look) or Kate Gosslin(not as drastic),, or a razor shagging cut all over.. that way you can 'gel/mousse' as much or little as you feel
