How do I get blonde hair dye out of my brown hair?

Hi.. there really isn't such a thing as 'blonde dye'; it's not possible for dark to go blonde without using a lifting agent, such as peroxide or bleach. Now, you've lightened your hair so some of the brown pigment is gone (bleached out). In order to return to your own colour, you will have to replace the darker pigment.

You could try using a brown dye kit if you did this yourself, but because lightening chemicals are so harsh on your hair, you may wish to approach a salon for advice and, if you can afford it, a properly-done treatment.

Personally I'd recommend at least TALKING to a stylist/colourist. If the pro is too costly for you, they may be able to give you some basic guidelines about how hair colour works.
