GO! or NO?

im mixed with a lot of diff. ethnicities, mexican puerto rican hawiian black white and brazillian. my hair is already light goldish, reddish, light brown with dark brown roots. i wear it naturally curly. it comes down to my shoulders and i wear it down a lot. for my next hair appointment, i was thinking about changing it up quite a bit. i am fair skinned. i want to go blonde and get new clip on extensions to match my new color. my question is... how blonde should i go? i am NOT going bleach. i want it to be blonde but not dirty brown blonde, then you cant really tell. help.
