While both styles suit your face shape, they each have a very different feel. So it really depends on what you want to 'put out there' in terms of having a look that suits your current lifestyle and aspirations. The shorter hairstyle is more clean cut, probably better for launching a career in business or the like. The longer style is very fashionable but a far more casual look, better suited to a more youth-oriented lifestyle. So, IMHO, it depends. You can pull off both looks, it's just a matter of which better reflects where you are coming from (or rather, moving towards) at this point in life.

First off, you look great with your hair both long and short.
I would say that your face shape is a long oval with a strong jawline.
