hair damaged

about 2 years ago i foiled my hair from black to blonde foils and my hair broke off virtually the same night. my hairdresser left my bleach on for 3 hours to busy colouring alot of clients hair. i have only put semi colours on ever since but recently i foiled my hair again for the first time. it has come up a nice caramel colour but i want to foil it again to make it lighter how long should i wait because i dont want my hair to fall out again

you do not have to wait. you could do this successfully anytime, however, DO NOT EVER GO BACK TO THAT HAIRDRESSER! he or she may do well with haircuts but obviously does not know color.toners make a world of difference when working with blonde tones after lifting from a dark color. it makes a natural color.
