Hair fall after chemical straightening

hi..my name is beena..i had done permanent straightening on december 2009 for my marriage.before straightenin i had thick rough curly hair but after straightnin it became very soft and everyone loved d new look.but after some months hair started fallin badly and now d volume of hair has badly reduced.my hair has grown long..curls hav started cumin and d straight hair is at d bottom but very thin.but i dnt wana cut my straight hair cos i luv d length and at d same time im scared to use iron to straigten cos of hairfall.can u please suggest sum good hair products lik shampoos,conditioners,straightenin serums.... which can be used for straightnin wid minimal chemical effect.my hair has again becum frizzy from d top.plz help!!!!!!!
