Hair Too Thin For Comfort

My hair is really thin, at one point and time I was going to the Salon twice a month and while my hair was still thin, it was in much better condition. Now it seems to be beyond repair and my beautician said that if my moms hair is like this, then I'm pretty much doomed. Is that true? What can I do to reverse this thin hair? I'm only 22 years old this can't be happening..

Get your blood checked,your thyroid might be out of whack, or your lacking essential minerals thats causing your hair to thin.
