Hairstyle for oblong face shape?

Unfortunately I have an oblong face shape (think Sara Jessica parkers), thin and narrow but with a long nose and very very fine straight hair. PLEASE HELP. I need to know the perfect cut for my face shape and colour. My hair is a natural ashy light brown and just past my shoulders. My hair is extremely fine and thin.

My skin tone is very pale with a tendency to look ruddy.. which is why I don't go a red colour in my hair as I find it makes my face look even ruddier... I would love to know what kind of hairstyle I should be wearing to balance out my face..... Any ideas???!!!!

A picture would really help. Long faces often times look great with short-short hair. Making the sight line go to your ears will help so keep that in mind. Nothing at chin level. If your hair is fine and thin and straight, possibly a short style that is plumped at the roots with root lifter. Halley Berry has a long thin face and that is one of the reasons a short look is flattering to her...but she has great, small features as well. Good luck!

Halle Berry does NOT have a long thin face. And short short hair is NOT the best style for long faces.
