I'm not sure if you think you look older or younger than 16... from what I can see, you pretty much look 16. Anyways, I think you could pull of a style like this, which is a little more mature, but still fun and a bit edgy.

Here's another one with the same qualities... shows how much of an impact some haircolor can add.

i disagree with comment 1 i think longer makes people look yougerrr trust me! umm i would go with something a little bit shorter but not to short make it fun and not 2 choppy shoulder link would look good i say get some brown highlightss for sure

i think u look your age, but i might get some fun streaks, and layer it at, a little bit shorter then shoulder lengthe, and definately get a side sweep!
