help me fix my hair

I had all plainum blonde on top and black underneath, ok the forever ROOTS were 2-3 in. out ,so I decided to try Slicing black and blond down to the black and redo the bottom black ,sounds kinda easy, the blond turned silver and my roots are orange , the silver is ok but the orange gotta go ,I would ideally love for the blond to b white not gray. Any sugg.????
