HELPPP find flattering hairstyle!!!

Ive never had a hair cut that i think that flatters my face and makes me look amazing. so can someone help me figure out what i need to do. ive tried several different types and none seem to have worked for me, i also have glasses and, well i have problems with frizz and its unbelievably thick aswell. and i need to find a hair colour that would look nice. ive got some awsome eyes, and i would like for them to stand out.
