High Lift Ash Blonde

by Sarah
(Naples, FL)

Well, my hair is so damaged from dying it. I used to dye my hair all the way instead of just coloring the roots, which is why I thinnk it might be so damaged. I use a high lift ash blond (blue base) with a 30 in the developer. Is my hair going to get better or will it be the same as it was when I dyed my whole head? If it is, how do you suggest I go about getting the light color with less damage? Thank you!!

before you color it or bleach do a deep conditioning for 30 minutes a day for about a week no shampoo also use leave in conditionerdaily that should give it some moisture also get a trim. if your hair is already blond use a hair lightner. i used luminize hair lightner for 10 min aweek for 4 weeks and i was a medium brown and went to a medium blonde without drying my hair out. i didn't use bleach or hair dyes.

duh! just do your roots ONLY. youve already cooked the rest of it.why keep cooking every time you process? if you need to tone the ends when you cook the roots, use a semipermanent color on the ends, just for tone.
