HOW!?!? can i get hair like thisss!

i alwayssss straighten my hair.
EVERY day.
and it's starting to get reallly old.
i just want to have really defined waves,
or gorgeous natural looking curls without gallons of hair spray.
does anybody have any suggestiong on hair curlerss?? :)
please help a girlfriend outtt!

p.s.
i like the "wispy"ness of curly/wavy hair lol and how it doesnt look stiff..but how can i get to hold without being hard as a rock? :[

 This works for me...

Pull all of your hair up to the top of your head, then twist it as you wrap it into a bun. Secure it with a scrunchie. It always turns my long and uneven naturally wavy hair into spirals. If you have thick hair, you'll probably have to divide it into sections. You could also french twist your hair in rows, which looks great when it is taken out.
