how do i deal with the puff and frizz of my hair?

i have extreemly thick blond hair. i am trying to grow it out but it seems the longer it gets the more puffy and frizzy it gets. i just want it to calm down! help me please!

Keratin Treatment

I also have out of control frizzy hair and alot of it. I have Keratin treatments done in the salon every 3 months, and WOW what a difference in the frizz. There is none...although it doesn't take away the curl. After the Keratin, I suggest that you have your hair cut for your new texture....hope this helps.
