how do I repair my hair ?

I bleached my hair about 5 times at home, not all at once within about 3 year time period, the last time went soo soo wrong...I left the bleach on too long
(not by choice) had to go out in the freezing cold with my hair in a bag and when I did finally get to wash it out my hair was super thin and missing in some places, how do I repair my thin stringy hair and make it grow back ? PLEASE HELP

Bleached Hair Promblem

I am very sorry to tell you that there is no such a way to repair hair after bleaching incidents. All I can suddgest as a professional hair stylist is to not dye it or bleach it for awhile untill it regulates back to normal. Next time dont bleach your hair at home and go to a local salon or just dye it with the help of a friends to prevent discolored areas or spots. Good Luck! (:
