How long until my hair looks healthy again?

I've had bleached blonde hair for the last 5 years which has made my hair very dry and damaged so i recently decided to dye it dark auburn because i felt like my hair wasn't growing as it just kept snapping off on the ends and my hair was getting shorter and shorter. My hair is currently just below my shoulders, i like the new colour but it still looks very dry and frizzy. I was wondering how long it will take for my hair to look healthy again? I use deep conditioning treatments every 3 days and also hot oil every 2 weeks, i've stopped straightening and blow-drying it alltogether.
