How should I cut my hair?

I want a new haircut, and I need ideas and suggestions and pictures of what would be best for me! I looked at everything on this website, but I'm still not sure how I should get it cut. Here's a description of me, how my hair is now, and what I want:
Me: I'm 15, short, my face is round, and my hair is thick and wavy and dark brown.
Now: It's just a very plain and basic straight cut with some side bangs.
I Want: I'm going to get it thinned out so it won't be quite as thick. I'd like something that is bouncy, no longer than my shoulder blades (that's where it is now) and no shorter than my shoulders. I'm a little picky about my bangs though! I want to change them, I still want them to be to the side, but a different cut than how they are now, and due to school rules they must be out of my eyes. Also my hairline goes forward there, so I need something that won't be constantly falling straight down into my eyes. And personally, if they're longer bangs I prefer them to be long enough to to be able to tuck behind my ear. For the main hair I want something that is going to keep my hair looking wavy and that's easy to deal with. I'm looking for an overall new style, so any kind of high-lights, low-lights,layers, or anything else can be suggested! : ) Thank you so much!
Oh and I attached a pictures to this! It is of a model because I might want to cut my bangs like the girl in the picture. Tell me if you think the bangs would look good on me please! Thanks again! :)
