I have Black Dyed hair tried to streak it and it has turned red what can I do to tone the red down

it is typical to have dark hair turning red when you try and streak or highlight it. the best thing for you to do is,
head to your closest beauty store.
buy hair bleach,
apply it to the red areas.
it will turn it to a very yellow color.
but it will get the red out.
then you will need a toner which you will also need to purchase from the store.
you pick the color.
and you will need a developer,
which a professional there will help you to find.
you will need to apply the toner on the yellow areas to change it to whatever color you were trying to get.
the toner will change to a strange color,
this only means that it is working and that it is mixed up right.
you will then need to leave the toner on for about 30 minutes.
then wash it out as well.

make sure to wash the bleach out before adding the toner.
also add the toner on towel dried hair only.
NEVER on dry hair.
it will burn it and the color will not change.
