How to get this red haircolour?

Hi Everyone! I am wanting to dye my hair the red colour (girl on the left) and I am not sure how to go about doing it? How do I achieve that colour? My hair is medium Blond and ash brown. Is there anything I need to watch out for? Any advice, thoughts or tips would be fantastically appreciated! :-D

Use a red Schwarzkopf XXL - a darker red will go quite bright on blonde hair - I used to have hair pretty much that colour from using it.
However, it is quite bright, so if you don't want it bright, use a dark red, not a bright red.
