Use a ash color works....Everytime. I just fixed this mess a few mins. ago...Hope this helps someone else. Yes and use a temp color. Leave on 15 min.

GO TO SALLY'S BEAUTY SUPPLIES AND BUY SOME UNRED.
ADD ABOUT 10 DROPS TO TO 4 OZ. OF YOUR SHAMPOO .
THIS SHOULD DO THE TRICK.
