I bought a hair colour by garnier but I don't know if it's the right one for highlights

I had black in my hair and I want to strip it out. However I bought garnier 100% colour 512 frosted brown. Now I don't know if it's the right colour because I want to put white blonde foils over it. Can u please tell me if I should dye it this colour is it too dark for white blonde foils, If it is dark then what colour would u reccomend I do so that my foils could turn out white blonde.

I am a professional and I do agree with most things that people can do themselves/however trying to strip out black yourself will most likely get you orange or bright yellow.I promise it is not an easy process and MUST have products strong enough to the job correctly. If you chose to attempt this good luck...
