i dyed my hair from blonde to dark and then back blonde

6 months ago i done this and yes my hair snapped breakage i couldnt brush it without my hair being like chewy my hair was long now its above shoulders.
My hair is still weak but not as bad iconstantly wear a false pony tail and im getting married in 5 weeks time so it looks like im going to get extensions put in the wedding had 2 be brought forward due 2 my father being ill.
My hair is really thin and im scared of damaging my hair anymore any suggestions please im embarrassed to even go in for a trim.
