i dyed my hair purple and i hate it!

yesterday i dyed my hair purple with a non-permanent hair colourant which says lasts 6-8weeks. i thought it would just be subtle but its a really strong purple. my hair qwas mousy brown before and i really want it back to that? how can i look normal again, and soon???? please help!!

If you have anything but black hair, colors will always turn out bright if they are unnatural. I don't know why you hate it so much, but there really isnt much you can do. Unnatural hair colors can't be colored over, only faded out. Use a cheap dandruff shampoo, it will wash the color out really fast!
