I washed with Tide
by Penny from Chicago
First I dyed my hair with a clove colored semi perm. too dark. so I then dyed it two days later with a permanent medium golden brown, still too dark, so I washed it with Tide and it's no lighter.
How long do I have to wait, if at all, to dye my hair again? I mean since I washed it with Tide is there a waiting period? I'm wondering since if I used Pantene the night before they have to use some kind of pre wash before dying I'm sure there is something you have to do if you used Tide!
