You have prominent cheekbones, so to balance that out a bit, a slightly longer hairstyle may work well on you. Something like this.

It looks like you have some natural wave in your hair, so you could probably pull off a similar style. You might find it's just too much hair, though, if you're used to shorter styles.

If you want to stick with a shorter look, styling the hair in a forward direction, toward your face and creating a bit of height will also provide some balance. Here's an example. It'll work best if you grow the sides out just a bit and have the top more "uniform" in length to take away the heavy spots at the sides.
