im uber confused

those are stickers on my face just so you know..

i have extremely thin hair and its hard to find hairstyles that will look good with my round-ish face. i was thinking something straight, brown, with blonde-ish highlights and purple lowlights. i just need advice on a hairstlye that will be easy to keep styled and look good on me at the same time
no curls please. Also when my hair is up in a ponytail i get horrible flyaways so if there might be a certain hairstyle that will make that go away then please say so
