is there any box dyes that can make my hair go from ginger to blonde?

A few month ago i dyed my natural dark brown hair red then dyed it black i had this colour for a few months then got bored and fancied to try blonde so i bought a pre-lightener from boots and a blonde box to go over. It didnt turn my hair blonde it has gone a light ginger colour. I do not want this colour for a while and do not want to put a darker/brown dye over it. Is there any box dyes that will lighten it or make it blonde?
